Nachoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...

Movie was stinkin' funny. I loved Nacho's chariot....and the way he rode it! Makes me want to be a kid again and ride through the streets of Clovis with the Jones girls on our "horses/unicorns/pegaseses"... we KNEW we were so freakin' cool!

It think my favorite character would have to be Chancho. I just loved his subtle, quiet way of looking up to Nacho. I also loved how whenever Nacho would leap from something he would fart...and especially when it gave himself away when he was sneeking up to Esquelito.

The best part, although many, was the ending when all the little orphans show up to watch Nacho with their little Nacho masks on. The warm-fuzzies were abounding in my heart at that moment!

You must watch "Nacho Libre"!

Toothless Wonder

I think the Tooth Faerie was quite generous with this tooth, as well as informative....she gave Kaiya a book about the Tooth Faerie. That's one strong Faerie to get that book through the window! We know she's not a GIANT faerie though because she leaves her tiny footprints in the faerie dust she sprinkles everywhere. Ah, the magic and wonder of the Fae!

I also think Kaiya looks like a little faerie too!

Ari LOVES her baths!

Bathing Beauty

Goofy boy

Too many monkeys jumping on the bed...

Check out the shiner on his left eye. That's from jumping on the bed a little too crazily and then falling smack-dab onto a round, brass bed-post. Ouch! Yes, that's the same brass daybed I had from childhood....it's going to out-live me!

Only in my backyard...

What a five-year-old does to get attention and praise from his "Galaxy Far, Far Away-loving" Mother!

First Smiles

Andy caught some of Ari's first smiles. I LOVE IT when they first start to smile!!!!!

Side note: I think I'm starting to go bald in some places...

Sister, sister

Kaiya said to me the other day, "I wish Ari was my baby!" To which I replied, "She's everyone's baby."
Kaiya looks so sweet in this picture but Ari looks a little scarey....

Wide-Mouth Frog

So this is officially one of Ari's nicknames. "Wide Mouth Frog" coined by my mother. It is quite large and her way of saying "Hi". When you walk into the room she opens wide and smiles. So precious....
